KCR (Kinetic Chain Release)
for Musculoskeletal Imbalances
KCR is a protocol used to address musculoskeletal imbalances and promote better alignment and movement patterns throughout the body. It involves a series of scientifically and medically approved mobilisation stretches that are designed to release tension and restore proper function to the kinetic chain, which includes muscles, joints, and connective tissues.
Welcome
My name is Eileen Gillies.
Supporting Your Body’s Natural Balance and Healing
After 30 years with Police Scotland, my own recovery from a workplace injury led me to discover Kinetic Chain Release (KCR)—and it changed everything. The relief I felt after just one session inspired me to train in this powerful therapy and share it with others.
Now fully qualified as both a KCR therapist and trainer, I offer effective, hands-on treatments that help ease pain, improve mobility, and restore balance. Whether you're looking for relief, recovery, or simply to feel better in your body, you're in safe hands here.

What is KCR?
Developed by Scottish Physiotherapist Hugh Gilbert, KCR is a protocol used to address musculoskeletal imbalances and promote better alignment and movement patterns throughout the body.
It involves a series of scientifically and medically approved mobilisation stretches that are designed to release tension and restore proper function to the kinetic chain, which includes muscles, joints, and connective tissues.
KCR has been carefully developed to gently and often sensationally, bring about postural changes that will correct the body’s imbalances in young and old alike and eliminate many physical issues in the process.
